Exploring Iconic Bridges from Above - Aerial Imagery Edmonton

Edmonton is home to stunning architectural landmarks, and our bridges are no exception.

The ones that stand out to us are the Tawatina Bridge, High Level and Walterdale Bridges. Not only do we drive across these bridges regularly (or bike ride across, in Tawatina’s case), but they each stand as a symbol of connection. Before the High Level was constructed, you would have to take the ferry across the North Saskatchewan, landing near Kinsman Park.
Now, you can cross the river in moments thanks to the hard-working construction workers who built them piece by piece.

Each of these bridges impresses us during the day with their structural beauty, but they also magically light up the night sky.

Take a look at a couple of drone shots that we’ve filmed of our iconic bridges over the years.
